Ingredients

mashed avocado

garlic

anchovy fillets
or 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, if you prefer

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed. Makes about 3/4 cup.
